At Alpha Kilo Metalworks we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase. Sometimes I'm able to offer an exchange for a new piece but that is not guaranteed.

The product must be returned in original condition.
